The Antamix Smart Food Processor
Antamix is a patent-pending multifunctional culinary robot that automates key cooking processes—chopping, mixing, heating, steaming, and kneading—all within a single, compact device.
Unlike conventional food processors, Antamix introduces:
- Adaptive cooking intelligence: a temperature and viscosity–sensing system for automatic recipe adjustments;
- Modular attachments tailored to regional cuisines (African, Mediterranean, Asian, etc.);
- Controlled induction heating with precise temperature.
- DC motor torque control: optimal power efficiency & performance.
At Antamix, we believe in innovation to create tools that simplify cooking. Our team is constantly researching and developing new products that fit modern kitchen needs. Our first invention, a grain mill ,was released in Dec 2000. Won the OAPI Youngest Invention Award and a WIPO Award in Geneva in 2002.
